Diagnosis: Rosai-Dorfman disease ( sinus histiocytosis with massive lymphadenopathy)
•Childhood and young adult
•Fever, night sweats, weight loss, elevated ESR
•Bilateral non-tender cervical lymphadenopathy
•1/3 extranodal (skin, upper airways, bone)
•Marked dilated sinus with histiocytes, positive for CD68, S100, negative for CD1a
•Striking emperiopolesis
- Benign clinical course, lymphadenopathy may persist
