12 yo male presented with multiple skin lesions that were erythematous, circular and continued to grow for a few weeks. They were treated with antibiotics as cellulitis with no response. A large painless left thigh mass was subsequently developed. Pt had no fever. CT scan showed multiple lymphadenopathy and mass lesions inside the chest , abdominal cavities, mediastanium, intestine walls, chest walls, abdominal walls and left thigh muscles. Core needle biopsy of the left thigh mass was performed.
