FCM result:
Based on CD45 intensity and side scatter, there is a dominant abnormal cell population with intermediate-bright CD45 and low to intermediate side scatter, and comprise approximately 75% of cells in the sample. The abnormal cells express monotypic surface immunoglobulin kappa light chain, CD19, CD20, CD22, HLA-DR, CD38(bright), and surface and cytoplasmic CD22.
Diagnosis:
Burkitt Leukemia.
